Tori has been a busy, and sick, gal recently so blogging has had to take a back seat, but after my delivery today of my new tripod I thought I would give it a spin!
The first thing I would use is, obviously, foundation and this bourjois one has been doing the job nicely.
Its a really medium coverage which is build-able but still feels light on the skin which is exactly what I want in a foundation. It also gives a glow to the skin and does what it says on the tin pretty much. I do need to powder though after a while because I can look a little oily in my T-zone.

My two favourite face powders at the minute would have to be the bourjois one which is on the right, as an all over face powder. Its so good in combination with the foundation and has a silky, satin finish which is so nice on the skin. Would highly recommend this powder as its also non-cakey and you can get it in a variety of colours.
On the left is the soap and glory solar powder, which I use to add some bronze and colour back into my face. This is fab for those of you who have a lighter complexion, due to the lack of vitamin D in our country, and its really build-able if you want a deeper colour. As you can see, its been well loved.

I think its fair to say conceller is a must and these collection 2000 ones do the job fab! I have them in shade 01 for under my eyes to brighten them and shade 02 to cover any blemishes. They are super creamy, blend easily and even better they don't break the bank.
Brows need to be combatted and I use the sleek eyebrow kit in dark brown and either my MAC eyebrow gel or my benefit gimme brow to do so. The sleek kit comes with a powder and gel formula, but I just use the powder to give my brows more shape and fill any sparse areas. I then, depending on the look I'm going for use either of these gels, the benefit for a more fuller brow and the MAC to just set what I've already done.
Sticking around the eye area, next essentials are mascara and depending on where I am going some eyeliner. The two mascaras I am currently using are the L'Oreal Million Lashes Waterproof and the Rimmel Lash Accelerator in Brown. The Million Lashes is amazing at giving big, full lashes without them being too much and I use the lash accelerator on my bottom lashes to give them a little definition without looking too harsh.
This eyeliner is AMAZING. It makes doing eyeliner so easy with the small felt tip nib and its super black, also doesn't budge which is even better as I have slightly oily lids. You can also create that cat eye look perfectly, or as near perfect, with this liner. I would defo recommend this one out of a good few I've tried and tested.

You probably seen this palette make an appearance in my last post video, but I'm loving it. I got it from the Revolution stand in Superdrug and it was well worth the £8. The colours are super soft and do range in pigmentation. As you can see, the 2 colours 'X'd above have been my go-to shades if I want a wash of colour over my lid or to deepen my crease a little. Really really been enjoying this palette and the colours are to die for!
Last but not least, the lips. To add a little colour in my lips recently I've been using this new release from Revlon- The ultra HD lipstick in peony. Its a really soft, creamy lip butter which adds a sheen and colour but isn't as pink as its showing on camera. I also like pairing it with MAC lipliner in Soar if i want a little more definition on my lips. Fab combo!
So, thanks for reading and making it to the end if you did!
I would appreciate ideas on what you like to read so please, don't be afraid to let me know, I really do appreciate it!
